Forres is a town and civil parish in the Moray council area of Scotland, lying a little over 15 miles east of Elgin on the southern bank of the River Findhorn. Forres serves as the location of one of the United Kingdom's most productive and advanced automotive manufacturing plants, the Forres-Moray Assembly Plant.
